Job Description

  • Looking after General Administration & Facility Management, Housekeeping Management & transportation.
  • Identifying vendor stationary / House keeping / transport contractor.
  • Preparing route Maps
  • Initiating advertisement for new sessions.
  • Customer relation internal / external
  • Maintenance of assets and equipment register.
  • Conducting Administrative meetings periodically.
  • Preparing annual Budget for the financial year.
  • Ensuring timely receipt of school fees and sending reminders to parents.
  • Organizing school events with co-ordination with Pricipal.
  • Procuring quotations and price lists annually, for all school supplies.
  • Monitoring consumables and stationeries need for office / classrooms, labs / staff etc
  • Periodic assessment of stock in each room in the school and handling internal audits.
  • Draw up bus schedules- routes, stops, vehicle, driver, attendant for each route & timings.
