- Assisting Principal/HM & General Manager in carrying out various administrative duties like
- Handling queries of Parents
- Managing physical infrastructure facilities.
- Managing school transport facilities.
- Maintenance of school records.
- Managing Canteen Facilities.
- Liaison with various Government / External Agencies, Organizations & Neighboring Societies
- Administrative arrangements for various school programmes, Annual Excursions & Field Visits
- Supervision of Housekeeping, Security
- Managing Essential services like water, electricity, etc.
- Work in Co-ordination with different departments like
Uniform,Sports,Hobby,Purchase, Accounts, etc
- Maintenance Safety & Securities Services,Medical / First Aid facilities,Fire Fighting Arrangements,etc
