Assisting Principal and General Manager in carrying out various administrative duties

  • Handling queries / grievances of parents
  • Managing physical infrastructure facilities
  • Asset Management
  • Transport Management
  • Branding Activities
  • Maintenance of school records
  • Managing Canteen Facilities
  • Liaison with various Government / External Agencies, Organizations & Neighboring Societies
  • Administrative arrangements for various school programmes, Annual Excursions & Field Visits
  • Supervision of Housekeeping
  • Supervision of Security
  • Managing Essential services like water, electricity, etc.
  • Work in Co-ordination with various external & internal departments.
  • Other allied work

The ideal candidate should have :

  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Graduate / MBA
  • Experienced of complete administration
  • Preferably experienced in Education/School
